Product Description
Fresh jackfruit will be peeled, taken seed out and torn in half. Then put into the drying room which is the vacuum environment with oil for 30minutes. The product after dried remains natural color, not deformed, not caramelized, not oiled with and aromatic flavor of jackfruit is still preserved after drying.

Approximately (20%) of carbohydrates, (1.3%) of protein, (1.3%) of fiber, (21 mg) of calcium.
